Our Quality Control Process-IPQC
Expert inspectors check the sample and the production process, using strict benchmarks and recording the results for tracking. Feedback is then provided to relevant departments, implementing necessary improvements to the production. We continue with the process of review and adjustment until we’re satisfied with the output and can guarantee repeatability.
Our Outgoing Quality Control -OQC
Once the LED lights are completed, they go through a final inspection process to check their construction, functionality, and performance. Along with testing the lights using calibrated testing tools, we also review the product packaging to ensure it meets industry standards. Once the LED lights pass inspections, they are stored in the warehouse and prepared for shipping.
